Amaranth Microgreens Dal Topping (Indian Home)

Greens used: Amaranth

Cook dal normally.

Before serving, top with fresh amaranth microgreens and ghee tadka.


Microgreens Omelette / Scramble

Greens used: Basil + Radish

Add microgreens after cooking, not before.

Gives aroma + crunch.


Pea Shoot Stir Fry (Asian Style)

Greens used: Pea shoots

Method

  • Heat oil

  • Add garlic

  • Toss pea shoots for 30 seconds only

  • Finish with soy sauce

Great as side dish in Asian kitchens.


Microgreens Paneer Wrap (Healthy Meal)

Greens used: Amaranth + Mustard

Paneer + sautéed veggies + microgreens rolled in roti or tortilla.


Basil Microgreens Tomato Bruschetta

Greens used: Basil

Toast bread → chopped tomato + olive oil → basil microgreens on top.


Radish Microgreens Soup Garnish (Chef Style)

Add radish microgreens just before serving to:
